New filings from Toronto and 905 open-data portals are pulled, geocoded to a real address, de-duplicated, and matched against your territory.
A short digest: address, declared value, work description, distance from you. Read it in 90 seconds, knock on the right doors by 9.
We publish exactly which municipalities we cover and when each was last refreshed — because an alert service you can't trust to be complete is worth nothing. If your territory crosses into a city we don't cover yet, we'll tell you before you pay.
